Shipping destinations and charges

Shipping availability and the final applicable charge are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. The amounts below are in US dollars and describe our configured base shipping rates, not a guarantee of the final charge for every cart. Checkout adjustments may reduce the shipping charge, including to zero. A zero-rate cart estimate does not establish a worldwide free-shipping threshold.

United States and the eligible destinations listed below: standard shipping is $8 for an eligible order amount below $149; orders of $149 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Destinations in our Asia shipping group: the configured base standard rate is $8. Any checkout adjustment or eligible promotion is reflected in the final shipping charge.
Destinations in our Africa and associated territories shipping group: the configured base standard rate is $25. Any checkout adjustment or eligible promotion is reflected in the final shipping charge.

The applicable order amount, currency conversion, promotions, and available shipping options are determined at checkout. If no shipping option is available for your address, contact us before placing an order.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time. If a product is a preorder or requires additional preparation, check its product information or contact us for the current estimate before ordering.

Delivery estimates and delays

Transit time varies by product, destination, and carrier. Contact us for an estimate for your item and address if you need delivery by a particular date. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates; customs clearance, incorrect addresses, weather, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Customs duties and import taxes

Cross-border shipments may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee. Contact your local customs authority for destination-specific information.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. If your shipment is delayed, appears lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact CUTIM support with your order number so we can help investigate. Do not assume that all products or destinations use the same delivery service.
