We are committed to providing you with a worry-free and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Order Cancellation

You can request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.Please submit your cancellation request via email at cutimservice@outlook.com.

If the order has already been shipped, we will try our best to intercept it, but we cannot guarantee success. (Shipping fees are non-refundable if the order has already been shipped.) 

2. 30-Day Return Policy

You have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure to contact us and initiate the return within this 30-day period.

EU/EEA Customers: Under the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, with no restocking fees or additional charges.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it—unused, fully functional, with all original components, accessories, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required

4. Return Reasons & Associated Fees

Quality Issues or Damaged Products: 

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution

  • Note: Photos of defective or damaged items are required for processing.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund or replacement and cover all associated costs.

Non-Quality-Related Returns (Change of Mind):

  • For customers outside the EU/EEA: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fee will be charged.
  • For EU/EEA customers: see Section 2 above — no fees apply within the 14-day withdrawal period.

5. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us:
Please send an email to cutimservice@outlook.com with your; order number and reason for return.

2. Receive Instructions:
Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including your shipping address.

3. Return the Item:
Please return the item according to the provided instructions.Please note that items returned without prior request for return will not be accepted.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the special nature of the goods, certain types of goods are not eligible for return:

  • Customized products (e.g., custom steering wheels or wheels explicitly marked as custom,Returns are not accepted for non-quality issues.)
  • Gift cards, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases
  • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery (non-quality-related)

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment account within 1-5 business days. The final arrival time depends on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges: To ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible, we recommend that you return the existing item and purchase the new item separately after the return is accepted.

8. Accidental Orders

If an order is placed by mistake and refunded before shipment, a 5% transaction fee (charged by the payment processor, not CUTIM) will be deducted from the refund. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

9. After-Sales Support Requirements

When requesting after-sales support, please provide:

  • Vehicle details (model, year)
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photos and/or videos

Failure to provide required information may delay or prevent processing of returns, refunds, or replacements. For products installed or modified without prior communication, CUTIM reserves the right to decline return requests if the product condition cannot be verified.
